Registration Requirements

PLEASE BE ADVISED IF YOU HAVE NOT SUBMITTED A CREW LIST PRIOR TO THE EVENT THE CLUB WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CREATE YOUR TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP CARDS. SUBMIT YOUR CREW LIST TO ASAP TO. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Registration Office is open: 09h00 to 17h00 Friday 20th August; 08h00 to 12h00 Saturday 21st  August 2010. All entries cannot register at 11h59 on Saturday so it will be greatly appreciated if you ensure that your team registers as soon as possible. It will also give you the time to sort out any registration problems which may arise. PLEASE REGISTER EARLY!

The following is needed at Registration:

• Your completed Crew List Form.
• Your completed Measurement, sail, and Safety Declaration Forms.
• Original Class Measurement Certificate or SA Registration Certificate (certified copies are acceptable).
• L26 CLASS ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP, Both the owner or the skipper (Skipper if the owner is not on board) need to be members of the L26 Class association. Contact Daphne at SAS (please see details below)
• Crew Weight Declaration Form.
• YACHT CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARDS or a letter of confirmation stating that the skipper crew are all members of the yacht club of entry.
• SA SAILING MEMBERSHIP CARDS for you and the entire crew including the skipper, you will need to submit your current SAS card. Please contact SAS should you wish to clarify whether or not you are a paid up member. 021 671 8669.

PLEASE NOTE: SAS SUBS ARE ONLY PAYABLE THROUGH THE CLUB TO WHICH YOU BELONG. Please ensure that you contact SAS to ensure that you are in fact all paid up members prior to registration.
