ITEM 14. REGISTRATION.

Documents to be presented at Registration, first bullet point refers:

After the words  ".....valid SAS Membership Cards for each member of the crew" ADD the words  "or where SAS Membership Cards are not available, an official letter from the Club of representation, signed by the Commodore, confirming that the skipper and crew have each paid their current SAS subscriptions".
